1. Ask the organizing committee for the booth map, confirm the booth area and booth number, and fill in the "Exhibition Application Form" carefully.
2. The organizing committee will arrange booths in accordance with the principle of "first application, first arrangement, first payment, first confirmation"
3. Carefully fill in the "Exhibition Application Form" and affix the official seal, and mail the original agreement back to the Organizing Committee after the two parties sign the agreement.
4. Exhibitors will remit the full participation fee or 50% deposit to the account of the organizing committee within 5 working days after registration.
5. After the final review and confirmation, the organizing committee will send an email to the "Exhibitor Manual", which includes information about exhibit transportation, booth construction, accommodation arrangements, exhibition equipment rental, human resources, advertising, visa application, etc.
