Mica Plate Heater

Mica plate heater also called Mica heating plate is made of mica plate with good insulation and high temperature resistance. It takes high grade resistance heating wire as the heating element and mica plate as the framework and insulation layer, supplemented by galvanized plate or stainless steel plate as support protection. It can be made into plate, sheet, cylinder, cone, circle and other types of heating devices. The power can be designed as high as 1000W and can withstand temperature of 600 ℃. Mica heating plate is widely used in the heating of household appliances, metallurgy, chemical industry, plastic processing and electrical industry.
