Li Jinqi, director of the China Foreign Trade Center, said at the special press conference of the Ministry of Commerce on the 10th: "Innovative ways to host the Canton Fair online are important measures to do a good job of the "six stability" and implement the "six guarantees."
At this session of the Canton Fair, online display, promotion, supply and purchase docking, online negotiation, etc. will be integrated into a one-stop all-weather online hosting new model.
The recent hot live streaming will help the Canton Fair. A recent survey by a reporter of "Xinhua Viewpoint" found that some exhibitors turned the workshop into a live broadcast room, preparing to show global customers mold, injection molding, assembly and other assembly lines; some companies transformed the conference room into a live broadcast room, equipped with background boards and fill light Equipment such as lights, training export managers and salespersons as anchors; some companies set out to deploy live broadcast teams as early as February, hoping to quickly grasp new formats and new opportunities and accelerate the digital transformation of trade.
In addition to live broadcasting, exhibitors can also upload exhibits in formats such as pictures, videos, and 3D to display the brand image in multiple forms and dimensions.
Dong Kai, product manager of Canton Fair, the technical service provider of the Canton Fair, introduced that online matching will be strengthened. Buyers can initiate instant communication to establish contact. When the formal talks are held, multiple people on both sides can meet online, video, voice, Both text and graphics are available.
Li Jinqi introduced that overseas buyers do not need to register in advance, they can log in at any time during the exhibition to register for the exhibition and negotiate purchases. At the same time, there is also a supply and purchase docking section, which provides honest background information for both parties to the transaction, and realizes intelligent matching through the big data of the supply and demand panel.
This session of the Canton Fair continues to set up import exhibitions. The number of exhibitors from the “Belt and Road” and the number of exhibited products accounted for 72% and 83%, respectively. Products mainly involve electronic home appliances, building materials and hardware, fabrics and home textiles, household items, food and beverages, etc., and promote enterprises along the “Belt and Road” to explore the Chinese and global markets.
According to Li Jinqi, 1,318 companies from some impoverished counties participated in this Canton Fair, an increase of 62.3% over the previous session.
In order to accurately "lead traffic" to enterprises in impoverished areas, this session of the Canton Fair will develop exclusive labels for enterprises in impoverished areas, optimize query functions, facilitate buyers to quickly and accurately find exhibitors in impoverished areas, and help enterprises cultivate new online marketing skills.
It is understood that the last 5 Canton Fairs have provided nearly 5,000 booths for more than 3,000 enterprises in poor areas, set up special product exhibition areas for poor areas, and held special promotion activities.
