Moisture of silicone rubber heaters due to environmental factors can cause low resistance.


1. Put the heater directly into the oven and bake it.

2. Or place the heater in a dry and insulated place for more than 10 minutes to allow the moisture in the heater to be exerted. After it is naturally cooled, use a megohmmeter to detect it.

Impurities in the insulating porcelain cap of the electric heating element of the heater will also cause the resistance value to be low.


Just remove the nut insulated porcelain cap, clean up the impurities inside, install it again, and test it.
