Wiring method of 60 pieces tubular heater
Customer asked: 60 U-shaped tubular heater, the power of each tube is 1kW, connected to 380V voltage, how to connect?
In view of the wiring problem, if the voltage is connected wrong, there will be two extremes: either the power is very low and can not meet the working requirements; or the power is very high, and the tube may burst after working for a while, because the surface temperature of the heating tube is too high. First of all, we need to know the voltage of a single heating tube in 60 stainless steel heating tubes? If the power of a single heating tube is 220 V, we use the star connection method, that is, we usually say Y-connection. If there are 60 U-shaped heating pipes, one end of the 60 U-shaped heating pipes should be connected together, and the other end should be connected in three groups, and then the three groups should be connected with three fire wires. If the power of a single heating tube is 380V, we use triangle connection. One end of 60 U-shaped heating tubes is divided into three groups, and the other end is also divided into three groups. Then one end of the first group is connected with the other end of the second group, one end of the second group is connected with the other end of the third group, one end of the third group is connected with the other end of the first group, and finally three fire wires are connected.
