What's the power can the heating tube be to heat up to 200 degrees?
Sometimes we receive inquiries from customers: How much power can the heating tube make to heat up to 200 degrees? There is no way to answer this question directly.
First of all, we need to know that the power of the heating tube is determined by those parameters:

1. What is the heating medium, liquid or air?
2. If it is heating air, you need to know the size of the space to be heated. If it is heating liquid, what is the weight of the liquid?
3. How much does it heat from the initial temperature to how many degrees? (What is the temperature difference)?
4. Heating time?

After we get the information above, we can know how much power the electric heating tube can do to heat up to 200 degrees.
For example: How much power is needed to heat a space of 10 cubic meters, room temperature 15 degrees, heating up to 200 degrees, using 2 hours?
Our engineers calculated that the power of the electric heating tube needs 50KW.

It can be seen that, to calculate the power required for 200 degrees of heating, we need customers to provide specific working environment and relative requirements.
