If the insulation resistance drops below 1 megohm due to long-term storage, they can be dried in an oven of about 200? for a few 1-2 hours (or pass the components under low pressure for several hours). That is, the insulation resistance can be restored.

Fully understand the temperature requirements of the electric heating tube, and choose an electric heating tube with a suitable power. Generally, the power is large, the heat is fast, and the temperature rises quickly, and vice versa.
3. Select the electric heating tube of the appropriate power, and pay attention to the power load problem under the premise of ensuring the effective use of temperature requirements.
4. Dry-burning electric heating pipes should pay special attention to the heat dissipation effect of the use environment, which is divided into static air and flowing air.
