KST thermostat debugging steps
KST thermostat is a mechanical thermostat. Many customers do not know how to debug. In fact, its debugging steps are the same as those of mechanical thermostats. The specific operation methods are as follows:
1. First confirm the angle sample. See where the angle of the sample is.
2. Pick up the KST thermostat, first confirm whether the switch is tight, stuck, whether the white spot falls off, whether there is sound when the thermostat contacts are in contact, and if there is no sound, there should be two possibilities:
① The angle of the thermostat is too low.
② The angle of the thermostat is too high. If there is no such phenomenon, you can hear (or see) whether the angle of the thermostat meets the requirements of the sample.
3. Special attention: When holding the KST thermostat in your hand, you must not touch the bimetallic strip. Because the KST thermostat is heated by bimetallic strips. If the hand touches the bimetal. Hand temperature will change its angle.
4. If the angle is not correct, turn the temperature control switch to adjust the angle to the range we need, fix the thermostat switch with your thumb and index finger, and then debug from the switch hole, and stop the debugging when the thermostat is closed action.
5. After debugging, turn the KST thermostat switch to confirm whether it meets the sample requirements.
6. After confirming the qualification, return the KST thermostat switch to its original position and carefully place it in the special foam board for the thermostat.
