How to set the temperature of the thermostat
The upper limit setting of the thermostat: Press the SET key to select and display "SHP", the green display shows the value of this parameter, select the shift, increase, and decrease keys to set or modify this parameter. This parameter represents the difference between the alarm point and the main control set point.
Temperature controller lower limit setting: press the SET button to select and display "SLP", the green display shows the value of this parameter, select the shift, increase, and decrease keys to set or modify this parameter. This parameter represents the difference between the alarm point and the main control set point.
When the temperature of the controlled object changes, the substance (usually liquid) in the temperature-sensing part of the thermostat will produce corresponding thermal expansion and contraction (volume change), and the bellows connected with the temperature-sensing part will expand or shrink.
The temperature sensor automatically samples and monitors the ambient temperature in real time. When the ambient temperature is higher than the control set value, the control circuit starts, and the control hysteresis can be set. If the temperature is still rising, when it reaches the set over-limit alarm temperature point, the over-limit alarm function will be activated. When the controlled temperature cannot be effectively controlled, in order to prevent the destruction of the equipment, the tripping function can also be used to stop the equipment from continuing to operate.
Mainly used in various high and low voltage switch cabinets, dry-type transformers, box-type substations and other related temperature applications used in the power sector.
