How to repair a blackened electric tubular heater element?
Under normal working conditions, the easiest way to blacken the surface of an electric tubular heater element has the following steps:
1. Clean the surface of the metal pipe and keep it clean;
2. Degreased the surface . In this process, the metal pipe can be completely placed in the degreaser. The pH value of the degreasing liquid is preferably around 13, and the time is not less than half an hour. Rinse with water after degreasing;
3. Carry out pickling, the pH of the pickling solution is about 3, the treatment time is not longer than 10 minutes, and rinse with clean water after pickling;
4. Blackening treatment: the pH value of the pool solution is between 2-4, and the treatment time is 10 minutes;
5. Finally, dry and oil;
