How to install Industrial Immersion Heaters
Industrial Immersion Heaters are also called flange heating pipes, which are formed by fixing 1, 2, 3, or multiples of 3 U-shaped pipes on a flange. Because of its high thermal efficiency and easy installation, it is often used for heating water tanks, oil tanks, and boilers. Regardless of the complicated shape of Industrial Immersion Heaters, it is very simple to install. Today we take a look at the installation method of Industrial Immersion Heaters? Flange electric heating pipes are divided into flat flanges and threaded flanges, and threaded flanges are divided into threaded and reverse threaded flanges.
Flat Industrial Immersion Heaters
1. Make a hole in the heating container first. (The aperture is generally larger than the outer diameter of the flange heater).
2. Weld the external pipe on the outside of the hole. (The diameter of the external pipe is equal to the diameter of the opening).
3. Then weld the female flange to the external pipe. (The female flange is matched with the flange on the tubular heater)
4. Finally, fix the flange on the flange heater and the female flange with screws, and then put a sealing ring in the middle.

1. Threaded industrial immersion heaters
A. Make a hole on the heating container first.
B. Weld the female tooth ring outside the hole. (The female tooth ring is matched with the threaded thread of the heating pipe)
C. Finally, screw the electric heating tube directly on the female tooth ring.
2. Anti-threaded industrial immersion heaters
A. Make a hole on the heating container first. (The hole diameter is equal to the thread diameter of the heating tube)
B. Then pass the threaded part of the anti-threaded flange electric heating tube from the inside of the container to the outside.
C. Finally, screw the thread of the electric heating tube with a hexagon nut to seal it.
