According to the working environment of the tubular heater, it is generally divided into dry heating and heating liquid.
1.For dry burning, we have to figure out whether there is fan circulation during dry burning. If there is fan circulation, the power of our tubular heater is generally set as: the total length of the heating zone of the electric tubular heater (unit: meter) and heating the ratio of the power of the tube is 1:1.5, that is, the tubular heater with a length of one meter, in the case of dry burning and fan circulation, the most suitable power is 1500W, if there is no fan circulation, the power of our tubular heater is generally set Set as: the ratio of the total length of the heating area of the electric tubular heater (unit: meter) to the power of the tubular heater is 1:1, that is, the tubular heater with a length of one meter will have the highest power in the case of dry burning and no fan circulation. It is suitable to achieve 1000W.
2.When heating liquid, we have to figure out whether it is heating water or heating oil (usually for liquid heating, we use stainless steel electric tubular heaters). Generally, when heating water, the power of the electric tubular heater is set as: under normal circumstances, the ratio of the total length of the heating area of the electric tubular heater (unit: meter) to the power of the electric tubular heater is 1:2, that is, the electric tubular heater with a length of one meter.
