How to choose the outlet method and wire of the infrared quartz heating lamp?


Infrared single-tube heating lamps are distinguished between vertical and parallel outlets. The vertical outlet method generally uses a square ceramic head, which is more common in the field of new energy.


Compared with single-tube, double-tube outlet methods are more diverse, divided into single-ended outlet and double-ended outlet.

Both single-ended and double-ended cables have their own advantages and disadvantages. The double-ended outlet lamp tube can be made with higher power, two filaments can be made with different power. Customers who require high heating accuracy can choose double-ended outlet. Single-ended outlet lamps are more convenient to connect to the power supply and control system, which makes the replacement and maintenance of the lamp more convenient.


The lead wire is an important part of the lamp tube connected to the power source, and there are many types of lead wires. In the selection of leads, two main points are considered: one is the specification of the lead, and the other is the temperature resistance requirement. Standard leads are from 1mm² to 6mm². Generally speaking, the larger the power, the thicker the lead is. For example, the upper limit of the power that a 1mm² lead can withstand is 1200W.


Generally, the silicone wire has a soft texture and is widely used in shortwave tubes, and can withstand a temperature of 250°C. The fire-resistant wire is made of pure nickel, and the texture is harder than the silicone wire, and the filament material of the medium wave tube is similar, so it is more used for the medium wave tube, which can withstand the temperature of 500℃-800℃. The material and temperature resistance point are different, so the corresponding price is also different. The expensiver wire not means better. It should be selected according to the actual working environment, power and temperature resistance requirements, and comprehensive considerations. For example, the lamp on the stringer, the lamp with the power of 2000W and the working temperature of the lead wire is 200℃, using the silicone wire of 1.5mm² is sufficient to meet the requirements.
