How to check the cracking of stainless steel tubular heater?
The stainless steel tubular heater is sheathed with stainless steel, magnesium oxide rod is the inner core, magnesium oxide powder is the filler, and nickel-chromium wire is the heating wire. It can be roughly divided into cartridge heater and tubular heater.
In the northern winter, stainless steel electric heating pipes are prone to cracking, causing serious water leakage. Special attention should be paid to the prevention and inspection of stainless steel heating tubes. In addition, it is necessary to clarify the classification and use of stainless steel heating tubes. First of all, we must understand the environmental factors that make stainless steel tubular heaters easy to freeze and crack. E.g:

1. Anti-freezing equipment (anti-freezing bolts, anti-freezing wooden boxes, etc.) should be installed on the faucet and pipeline outside the house.
2. In houses with water pipes, seams between doors and windows should be attached, and attention should be paid to the insulation of the house.
3. There are icy places in the house. It should also be wrapped in sack or straw rope.

4. The overlying sand washed away by the flood in the rainy season should be filled before winter to prevent the soil from being too shallow and the water pipes from freezing and cracking.
5. Once the water pipe freezes, do not use fire to bake or boil it with boiling water (it will damage the water pipe and faucet due to sudden expansion). Wrap the faucet with a hot towel to help defrost.
