- Utilized a thickened flange plate made from high-strength alloy steel.
- Implemented a special multi-layer sealing structure (metal gasket + high-temperature seal welding) to guarantee integrity under high pressure.
Safety & Certification:
- Engineered a custom explosion-proof terminal housing compliant with ATEX directives, featuring specially designed flame paths and comprehensive grounding.
- Provided all necessary technical documentation and test reports for certification.
Material Science Application:
- Based on the client's chemical list, we recommended Inconel 600 for the heater sheath, which offers excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking and various organic acids.
Integrated Design:
- We integrated multiple PT100 platinum RTD temperature sensors directly into the heater flange, enabling real-time, precise monitoring of both heater surface and media temperature, providing critical data for the client's control system.
