Insulation breakdown:

Control loop failure:
The circuit of the low-power electric heater is relatively simple, and faults are easy to detect. High-power electric heaters often have complicated control loops and complicated circuits. Once the control loop has problems, it is difficult to solve them. If the control circuit fails, you should first be familiar with the main circuit and the control circuit of the heater. First, check the main circuit, check the control circuit after making sure that it is correct, check the function of each branch circuit, and determine which circuit the problem is in to find the problem. If you can't find the problem in this case, you need a more experienced maintenance master to check all the lines and judge the problem based on experience.
Over temperature alarm:
If the electric heater has an over-temperature fault, on-site personnel should immediately clear the alarm, stop the operation of the equipment, measure the actual temperature of the electric heater, and determine the actual temperature. So as not to affect the surrounding equipment and facilities. Identify the cause of over-temperature, and resume the operation of on-site equipment according to the situation to ensure that it can be put into operation again after being correct.
The set temperature is inconsistent with the actual temperature
In the process of electric heater heating, the actual temperature is often inconsistent with the set temperature. Current electric heating temperature adjustment systems mostly use PID automatic temperature controllers. The system has set temperature input, actual temperature feedback, temperature error correction, etc. composition. When the temperature is inconsistent, you should first check whether the PID setting parameters of the temperature control table are reasonable and set it to a reasonable value. Check whether the temperature control circuit wiring is correct. If the problem has not been resolved, check the temperature sensor, Is the placement location reasonable? Place the temperature sensor at a location that can feedback the actual temperature of the device.
