Common Maintenance Method of Hot Water Heater
When The maintenance that does not work after turning on the hot type electric water heater namely occur, the following parts should be checked:
1. Check whether the user operates improperly during use (such as repeatedly plugging and unplugging the power plug or repeatedly switching the water heater on and off). If so, use and operate the water heater correctly according to the instructions.
2. Check whether the transformer connected to the main control board in the machine is damaged. If so, open the top cover of the water heater and replace the transformer.
3. Check whether the chip on the display board is damaged. If so, replace the chip or the corresponding type of display board.
4. Check whether the heating parts leak and cause short circuit, the heating parts assembly is damp and electric leakage, and the "hot fuse" in the heating parts is fused. If so, replace the heating assembly of the same specification.
5, the machine circuit board is damp and leakage. If so, replace the circuit board of the same specification.
6. Whether there is dirt in the "core" part of the water flow sensor, which causes the water heater to dry burn. If so, clean up the dirt at the water inlet of the water heater and restore the stuck "core" to a flexible state.
Key points: 1) Replace the "hot fuse" inside the heating element to restore it to normal state. When replacing, the multimeter RX1 gear must be used to measure the on-off of both "hot fuse" and find out the one with the broken circuit for replacement; The high-power machine presses the "recoverable thermal protector" on the surface cover of the heating parts one by one to make them return to normal state.
2) After working for a few minutes, it will automatically shut down, and no hot water will come out, so it cannot be turned on again. Maintenance, should first check whether the external power supply is disconnected, if the power supply is normal, the circuit breaker will be turned off and then open, to see if it can be switched on, if not, it shows that the water heater is out of order
