1. The quality of magnesium oxide powder used in the heating element is not good enough;


Solution: Choose magnesium oxide powder with high magnesium content to reduce impurities;


          Control the temperature of the heating rod in actual work;


          The thickness of the insulating layer of the heating element should be guaranteed;


          Keep the heating element clean and ensure the dryness of the magnesium oxide powder


2. When adding powder to the heating element, the lower end of the magazine deposits more.


Solution: The inner diameter of the heating element should be cleaned to keep the powder dispenser clean and tidy


3. The sealing of the heating element is not sealed, and there are bubbles in the sealing.


Solution: Improve the sealing process of the heating element and replace the sealing material.


4. The resistance wire of the heating element is eccentric.


Solution: Control the speed and quality of adding powder, and strictly follow the requirements when shrinking the tube.


5. Cracks occur during welding of the heating element, so the welding process should be improved and the monitoring should be strengthened.


6. When the heating element is heated, the magnesium oxide powder turns black. This should prevent the precipitation of chromium. The heating wire can avoid choosing iron, chromium and aluminum.


7. There are impurities and metal chips in the nozzle. Each heating element should be carefully cleaned.


8. The lead rod is rusty or the welding slag falls off during welding. After welding, rust and polish, carefully clean the nozzle.


9. The dryness of the heating element is not enough when it leaves the factory, so the drying time should be extended to ensure the dryness.
