Inspection method of heating element:
1.Use resistance test, cold state withstand voltage test and cold state insulation test for inspection.
2. Power test, thermal insulation test, thermal withstand voltage test, and leakage current test.
3. Tidal test, salt spray test, life test and other mechanical tests.
Secondly, a simple inspection method is introduced: first wipe the surface of the heating element clean, turn on the AC 220V power supply, then dry it in the air, and immediately turn off the power when the surface is red, and wait until the heating element is completely cooled. Wipe it clean and there is no black oxide powder on the white paper, then this heating element is of high quality.
