With the above technical solution, since the liquid is a spiral channel that is much longer than the straight channel, it greatly increases the contact heat transfer surface area and effectively increases the heat absorption time, so that the fluid is fully heated, and at the same time, by changing the embedded electricity The pitch distribution of the heating element enters the requirements of high power density in the head area and low power density in the tail area.

After the electric heater stops working, the fan must be delayed for more than 3 minutes to prevent the electric heater from overheating and damage. The maximum temperature of the gas heated by the low-temperature channel electric heater does not exceed 160℃; the maximum temperature of the gas heated by the medium-temperature channel electric heater does not exceed 260℃; the maximum temperature of the gas heated by the high-temperature channel electric heater does not exceed 500℃ .

Therefore, for the installation of medium and high temperature channel electric heaters, a 100mm mounting frame must be installed on the air duct first. Low and medium temperature channel electric heaters can use finned electric heating elements, and high temperature channel electric heaters can use tubular electric heating elements.
