The client integrates these U-shape finned heaters into commercial duct heaters installed in air handling systems. During cold weather operation, the heaters maintain the required supply-air temperature and support reheating duties, helping ensure stable indoor comfort and reliable system performance. The compact U-shape design allows efficient installation within limited duct space, while the finned construction maximizes heat transfer surface and supports uniform airflow heating.
The heaters were manufactured to the client's drawings, with key parameters including tube diameter, fin pitch, fin height, bent-leg dimensions, terminal orientation, and mounting configuration. All units carry UL certification, confirming compliance with North American safety standards-a critical requirement for the client's HVAC equipment.
