Jaye Heater has successfully completed the production and delivery of 100PCS customized silicone rubber heaters for an industrial heating equipment partner in India.
The Indian customer specializes in industrial heating equipment and electric heating component manufacturing. For this cooperation, the customer required a flexible heating solution that could provide stable heat output, uniform temperature distribution, and reliable temperature monitoring for equipment integration.
Based on the customer's application requirements, Jaye Heater developed a customized silicone rubber heater with a size of 700×300mm, rated at 230V and 900W. The heater was designed with spring buckle fixing structure, allowing easy installation and secure mounting during equipment assembly. A PT100 temperature sensor was also integrated into the heater design to provide accurate temperature feedback and support precise temperature control.
Silicone rubber heaters are widely used in industrial heating applications due to their flexibility, fast heat transfer, and excellent surface heating performance. Compared with traditional rigid heating elements, they can closely fit the heated surface and achieve more efficient heat distribution, making them suitable for various customized equipment applications.
Before shipment, all 100PCS heaters underwent strict quality inspections, including resistance testing, insulation testing, power verification, and PT100 sensor function checks. These inspections ensured that each unit met the customer's requirements for safety, performance, and reliability.
