The client supplies testing equipment for backup power systems across the Middle East. Their load banks are used to test diesel generators and UPS systems for data centers, where ambient temperatures can exceed 50°C and continuous, reliable operation is critical. The finned heating tubes are installed in the load bank's forced-air cooling section, where they must dissipate heat efficiently under high-power, continuous-duty conditions.
Working closely with the client's engineering team, we manufactured the finned heating tubes strictly according to their drawings. Key parameters included tube diameter, fin pitch, fin height, overall length, power density, and terminal orientation. The finned construction maximizes surface area for efficient heat dissipation, ensuring stable performance and extended service life even under full-load operation.
All units carry UL certification, confirming compliance with stringent international safety standards. This was a key requirement for the client, whose load banks are deployed in mission-critical applications where reliability and safety cannot be compromised.
