What to pay attention to when installing the heating tube of the injection molding machine:
For the heating tube of the injection molding machine, the most important thing is to ensure that the heat of the electric heating tube can be transferred to the heating medium in time, and to reduce the temperature of the material inside the heating tube of the injection molding machine, which can effectively improve the service life of the single-head electric heating tube .
We should pay attention to the following points during use:
1) The gap between the outer diameter of the heating tube of the injection molding machine and its insertion hole should be minimized, usually the gap between the two is less than 0.2mm.
2) The mounting hole should be able to fit the heating tube of the injection molding machine, and the deviation tolerance should be controlled within 0.05mm. If the deviation is too large, the processing hole needs to be corrected.
3) Before installing the heating pipe of the injection molding machine, the impurities left in the mold hole, such as organic oil, should be cleaned up. After heating, they will be carbonized, which will affect the heat transfer ability.
