What kind of signal are output by thermocouple and what wire is used to transmit the signal?
The output of thermocouple is mV signal (voltage value)
The principle of the output signal of the thermocouple: The difference in the electronic movement of two different metals is generated by the temperature.
The output of the thermal resistance is an Ω signal (resistance value)
The principle of thermal resistance output signal: the resistance of the conductor is different because of the temperature, and the corresponding relationship with the temperature is used to measure the temperature.
There is no input problem for thermocouple and thermal resistance.
Here is an example: K-type thermocouple with index number K, and KS is used for compensation wire of output signal.
The material of the wire is the same as that of the thermocouple. For other thermocouples, select the compensation wire according to the graduation number, 4-20mA output, and thermal resistance, use copper core wire, it is OK!
S or R type thermocouple adopts copper-copper-nickel compensation wire
To
K-type iron-copper-nickel 22, copper-copper-nickel 40, nickel-chromium 10-nickel silicon 3 compensation wire
N-type iron-copper-nickel 18 compensation wire
E type with nickel-chromium 10-copper-nickel 45 extension wire
J-type iron-copper-nickel 45 extension wire
