When heating corrosive liquid and water with hard water quality and easy scaling, the power per meter is about 2kW.
The power per meter of heating oil can be 2 kW, and the power per meter of poor and thick oil is about 1kW.
Dry burning electric heating pipe is designed to determine the power according to the fluidity of the heated air
The power per meter of dry burning electric heating pipe heated in closed space is designed at 1kW.
In the flowing space, the electric heating pipe with fan circulation has a power design of about 1.5KW per meter.
3. Different material selection:
Liquid immersion electric heating elements.
Oil heating: Oil heating is normally made of 304 stainless steel, but some customers who want to do experiments and pursue low cost can also use carbon steel.
Water heating: Stainless steel 304 material is used for heating tap water, stainless steel 316 material is used for drinking water, and waterproof scale coating electric heating pipe can be used for heating turbid river water or water with more impurities.
Corrosive liquid heating: Stainless steel 316 can be used for the liquid with low alkaline acid and weak corrosion.
If it is not used for a long time, carbon steel can be used for test.
The working temperature is 100-300 ℃, and 304 stainless steel is recommended.
The working temperature is 400-500 degrees. It is recommended to use 321 stainless steel.
The working temperature is 600-700 degrees. It is recommended to use 310S stainless steel.
If the working temperature is between 700 ℃ and 800 ℃, it is recommended to use the imported Incoloy materials.
