What is an Air Conditioner Heater


The air-conditioning heater is a new type of electric air heater designed according to the principle of aerodynamics, with an overall structure of all aluminum alloy fins, and reasonable and smooth thermal flow. The air conditioner heater has fast heating speed, no thermal resistance, large heat conduction area, mechanical vibration resistance, good thermal expansion, corrosion resistance, and light weight. The surface heat load of the air conditioner heater is low, and it is connected in sections to realize multi-level heating control to meet the requirements of different working conditions. It solves the power attenuation of the PTC electric heater and the shortcomings of the thermal resistance of the winding and string electric heater.


Heating principle of air conditioning system


When the air conditioning system is in heating mode, the heater heats the coolant under the action of high-voltage electricity, and the high-temperature coolant is pumped into the heater core by the heater water pump. At the same time, the cooling and heating temperature control motor turns the temperature control device to the heating position, and part or all of the airflow is bypassed to the heater core under the action of the blower to generate heat transfer. Any air that does not need to be heated will be mixed with the heated air before entering the passenger compartment to obtain the corresponding mixed air with a suitable temperature.
