Terminal connection parameter reference for the electric Cartridge heaters:
1.NPT bushing：
Working environments: Cartridge heaters with NPT bushing are generally used in which liquids are heated. For example, water tank heating tube, high-end car fuel tank heating tube and automobile vehicle fuel tank heating tube.
Style selection for NPT bushing: Fastener thread(M), G thread, R thread, NPT thread, all can be equipped with nut.
Location selection for NPT bushing: As below picture.
Material selection for NPT bushing:Normally using stainless steel 201,304 or 316 according to the Corrosive ability of the heated liquid.
2.Flange:
Style selection for flange: non-standard, can be customized.
Material selection for flange: Normally using stainless steel 201,304 or 316 according to the Corrosive ability of the heated liquid.
3.Leading wire protection:
Metal hose sheath and metal braided sheath.
4.Thermocouple:
Style selection for thermocouple: Normally type K/J.
Location selection for the thermocouple:
Ground the bottom of the tube.
Hit the bottom of the tube but not grounded.
At middle of the tube and grounded.
At middle of the tube but not grounded.
