Screen printing is a multi - purpose technology, which is increasingly used in many industries. Thick film heaters are low cost and can be mass-produced, so they will undoubtedly be widely used. Heaters are currently used in welded iron and various sensors including temperature monitors and devices connected to tin oxide sensitive cancer elements.
The heater developed in this project is mainly used to connect the oxidation error sensor working at above 700℃. A conductor of oxygen ions at high temperatures, and thus used as an electrolyte in oxygen carriers. Common working methods are potential measurement and electrical, measurement, electrical tension measurement is basically zero current mode, concentration difference cell ceramic electrolyte generated Nernst electromotive force, current measurement is electrochemical method oxygen is pumped through cobalt oxide, the speed depends on the oxygen overexpansion number barrier layer transfer speed. For current measurement, the allowable temperature fluctuation is within ±50%.
The stabilized power supply provides a simple power system with more precise temperature control and higher stability. It is possible to use thermocouples as temperature sensors, but there is a mapping point: that is, a stable cold node or appropriate cold end temperature compensation is required. For the sake of simplicity and low cost, the device structure introduced in this paper is close to the sensor, and there is no stipulation that the temperature control of the cold node is better than ±50℃. In the case of rapid change of heat loss rate *, the heater can be used as a platinum resistance thermometer, and the circuit can maintain the heater substrate stable within the temperature range (±8℃). In sensor applications, the environment may contain a variety of gas flow rates and sample gas temperatures. When disturbance occurs, the performance conforming to the requirements is an important index of sensor response.
