Temperature control of thick film printing heater

Screen printing is a multi - purpose technology, which is increasingly used in many industries. Thick film heaters are low cost and can be mass-produced, so they will undoubtedly be widely used. Heaters are currently used in welded iron and various sensors including temperature monitors and devices connected to tin oxide sensitive cancer elements.
The heater developed in this project is mainly used to connect the oxidation error sensor working at above 700℃. 1The stabilized power supply provides a simple power system with more precise temperature control and higher stability. In the case of rapid change of heat loss rate *, the heater can be used as a platinum resistance thermometer, and the circuit can maintain the heater substrate stable within the temperature range (±8℃). In sensor applications, the environment may contain a variety of gas flow rates and sample gas temperatures. When disturbance occurs, the performance conforming to the requirements is an important index of sensor response.
