Research scope: the electric heating element generally refers to the components that convert electric energy into heat energy through the resistance heat principle. It is widely used in all kinds of intelligent home appliances. It is the most basic implementation component of intelligent home appliances in modern society, and the market demand is huge.
In theory, the electrothermal conversion efficiency of resistance heat elements can approach 100%, and the resistance heat products on the market can generally reach more than 90%. When the resistance thermal element works, the electric energy is converted into heat energy except for the potential energy and chemical energy of the element. The ratio of this part of heat energy to electric energy consumption is called heat exchange efficiency.
For the heat transfer process, the quantity of heat transferred remains unchanged, but the quality of heat changes.
