Maintenance precautions for Electric Induction Hot Plate
1.Since the circuit boards of the induction cooker are all placed under the hot plate, the heating plate should be disassembled and assembled during maintenance. When disassembling and assembling, be sure to protect the insulation and flatness of the hot plate coil.
2. In addition, it should be noted that some hot plate coils have "polarity". If the original connection of the coil is reversed, the induction cooker will have "pot inspection" obstacles, and it will be difficult to recognize the pot or the pot, which will cause the induction cooker to fail normal work. Therefore, when repairing, you should remember the original connection method, especially the length of the start and end of the coil lead is similar, and it is not easy to distinguish, it is best to mark with a pen.
3. Pay attention to the "pot quality" of the pot. Since the induction cooker uses the principle of electromagnetic induction for energy conversion, there are strict requirements on the "pot quality" of the pot. If the "pot quality" is not good, it will not only affect the firepower of the induction cooker and reduce the thermal efficiency, but also shorten the service life and even cause damage to the induction cooker. Therefore, be sure to use a special iron pot for induction cookers.
