How to solve the interference problem of heating tubular element?


1. Isolation method


The isolation method is to suspend the electric heating tubular element and install it in the air so that the electric heating tubular element does not touch the insulation brick of the furnace mouth, and the insulation between the heating tubular element and the support frame is also used for protection. This kind of method can prevent the interference of high temperature power supply very well.


2. Shielding method

The shielding method is to put the compensation wire of the heating tubular element in a galvanized tube or other metal material shield. It can avoid electromagnetic induction interference and high-pressure electrostatic field interference. When applying this method, the galvanized pipe and shield should be well grounded, and the compensation wire should be twisted.

3. Grounding method

Ground the measurement control loop to introduce interference to the ground, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the instrument panel.

The reference terminal of the electric heating tube is grounded, and the reference terminal grounding method is used for the electric heating tube. The output terminal of the electric heating tube (or compensation wire) is grounded according to a sufficiently large capacitor (the larger the capacitor when the standard is approved, the better).

The measuring terminal grounding method is to ground the measuring terminal of the electric heating tube, which is to ground a wire from the measuring terminal of the heating tubular element. This kind of method has a very good effect on preventing high-temperature power interference. Heating wire that is heat-resistant and harmless to the electrical level of the electric heating tubular element should be used.


When we use heating tubular element, we should be prepared to prevent interference.
