How to install the silicone rubber heating band?
Firsty, before installation, understand the structure, performance and installation requirements of the heating belt used, check whether the electric tracing cable is intact, and check the surrounding environment for timely adjustment.
Secondly, installation operation:
1. Pipeline installation: Lay the heating belt along the pipe, and reserve a margin for elbows, valves, etc. according to the length of the laying required.
2. Tank installation: When installing the tank, follow the order from top to bottom, that is, start from the top of the tank and install it toward the bottom of the tank. This is to be able to place the end connected to the power source at the bottom. It is convenient for later operation.
3. When you encounter a place that needs to be threaded, thread it in time. Do not pull directly, pay more attention to the corners.
4. Start the installation from the end of the heating belt, install the end junction box, and fix it on the pipe or tank.

5. Adjust the length of the silicone rubber heating band along the pipeline, reserve a proper margin where needed, and stick it flat on the pipeline, and roughly fix it with pressure-sensitive tape. Tank installation is to connect the terminal junction box wiring and fix it at the bottom of the tank. Place the electric heating cable flat on the tank and install it spirally along the tank from bottom to top. Maintain parallel spacing. Use pressure sensitive tape or aluminum foil tape to fix it roughly.
6. When fixing, pay attention to adjusting the length and reserve of the heating belt. Since proper electric heating cables are laid along the pipeline and reserved during installation, only minor adjustments are sufficient.
7. When fixing to the power terminal, connect the power terminal box (not powered on at this time) and fix it.
8. Install explosion-proof temperature controller and temperature control probe.
9. Use pressure-sensitive tape or cable tie to fix it accurately. If necessary, it can be wrapped with aluminum foil tape.
10. Ground the metal braid of the heating belt.
11. The power distribution device for installing the electric heating system must be equipped with leakage protection or air switch.
12. Power on to test whether the electric heating system can operate normally.
13. According to the overall construction progress, install the insulation layer.
14. Hang electric heating warning signs and signs.
