Installation steps of electric heating pipe of oil tank:
1. Make a hole on the top of the oil tank (the hole diameter is slightly smaller than the diameter of the female flange)
2. Weld the outer nozzle on the hole (the outer diameter of the outer nozzle is slightly smaller than the opening diameter)
3. Weld the female flange on the outer nozzle
4. Put sealing ring on electric heating pipe of oil tank
5. Finally, screw the flange above the electric heating pipe of the oil tank with the female flange above the oil tank.
When installing the electric heating pipe of oil tank, pay attention that the opening must be opened below the minimum liquid level height of the oil tank, and install horizontally, so that the electric heating pipe of the oil tank will not be burnt out because there is no oil heating.
If the electric heating pipe of the oil tank must be installed vertically due to the limitation of conditions, the reserved cold area of the electric heating pipe of the oil tank must be higher than the minimum liquid level height, so as to ensure that the electric heating pipe of the oil tank will not dry burn out of the oil surface.
