How to install Teflon electric heater
1. Teflon electric heaters are generally distributed on one or both sides along the length or width of the tank. They are not contacted by work during operation and are installed against the tank wall. In the electrolytic cell, it can be placed between the electrode plate and the cell wall.
2. The PTFE heater can be installed by fixing the side of the groove, fixing the wall of the groove, hanging on the pole, etc. Use the wiring mounting plate to match the drill with the bracket and fasten it with bolts.
3. When connecting all electric heating tubes, pay attention to the three-phase balance. Do not connect 220v or 380v power supply by mistake. Safety grounding through leakage switch.
4. When installing, keep a certain distance between the electric heating tubes. If they are close together, they can easily burn out due to overheating.
5. Make sure that the heated part of the pipe must be immersed in the solution. Otherwise, the heating tube will be damaged due to dry burning. During the production process, chemical liquid should be added in time to maintain the level after calibration.
6. During the heating process, the electrical tubular heater cannot be taken out of the liquid. After a few minutes of power failure, the heating tube should be taken out after it has cooled down completely.
7. When heating with a high-concentration solution, the electrical tubular heater must be taken out of the tank and flushed with water when it stops working to prevent the solution on the electric tubular heating element from precipitation and crystallization at low temperatures. Otherwise, the electrical tubular heater will be damaged due to poor heat dissipation.
