The constant temperature heating plate adopts PID temperature control digital display, surround heating, has the advantages of acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, etc., can be applied to food, biological samples, sewage treatment, chemical, agricultural products, cosmetics, disease control and other industries.
At present, there are two common constant temperature heating plates. One uses heating tube as the heating method, and uses electric heating tube to transfer heat to the heating material. The other uses electric heating alloy wire as heating material and mica soft plate as the heating method. Insulating material, the outer layer is covered with a heat-conducting plate made of stainless steel. When the electric heating plate is working, the electric current passes through the electric heating alloy wire, and the electric heating alloy wire will generate heat, convert electric energy into heat energy, and conduct it to the outer shell. The electric heating plate is designed with insulating material, so that the current of the electric heating alloy wire will not cause safety problems for the user. Pay attention to the following points when using electric heating plates:
1. After power on, there is a heat storage process. Don't be in a hurry or touch it with your hands to avoid burns;
2. Please wipe the working surface clean before and after use, and no water droplets, dirt, scale and other foreign matter remain on it;
3. Place the sample tube or other utensils on the working surface before heating to spun burst;
4. The electric heating plate cannot be burnt for a long time, it may burn the electric heating wire.
The power of the commonly used constant temperature heating plate is divided into three levels, namely 1.5kw, 2kw, 3kw; compared to stainless steel, cast iron will better identify the power, because the model ML of cast iron is followed by the power, a simple example Explain that ML-1.5-4 represents a 1.5kw cast iron heating plate; for stainless steel, 1, 2, and 3 represent the corresponding power. For example, DB-1 represents a stainless steel 1.5kw heating plate.
