If it is heating liquid, if water, use stainless steel electric heat pipe, this stainless steel is generally stainless steel 304 material, if oil, can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel 304 material. If there is a weak acid alkaline liquid, you can use stainless steel 316 material. If the liquid only have strong acid, should use stainless steel 316, ptFE or even titanium tube.

The setting of power is mainly dry heating electric heat pipe and liquid heating. If dry heating is done, 1KW is generally made in the pipe of one meter length, and the heating liquid is generally made in the pipe of one meter length, and 2-3kW is generally made in the pipe of one meter length, with the maximum exceeding 4KW.

Stainless steel heating tubes come in a variety of shapes, the simplest being straight rods, U-shaped and then hetero-shaped. Electric heat pipe with specific shape is adopted for specific situation.
4. Determine the wall thickness of the immersion flange tubular heating elements according to the usage of the customer's heating tube
The wall thickness of the general heating tube is 0.8mm, but according to the working environment of the heating tube, such as the case of large water pressure, the need to use the seamless stainless steel tube with thick wall point to make electric heat pipe.
5. Ask the manufacturer clearly about the internal material made by heating control
Why are heating tubes so similar in appearance, but the price varies greatly? That's the inner material inside, the two most important materials inside are insulation powder and alloy wire. Insulation powder, bad will use quartz sand, good will use insulation modified magnesium oxide powder. In addition, the alloy wire, generally iron chromium aluminum, according to the requirements and grade of pipe production, can be used nickel chromium alloy wire. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Suggest general customer, do not covet cheap, lest buy inferior product.
