How did we find out that the thermal fuse was broken?
1. Multimeter measurement
Connect the two test leads to the two leads of the thermal fuse respectively, and use the continuity test file of the multimeter to measure the continuity. If the multimeter shows continuity and sound, it means that the thermal fuse is good, otherwise it is bad.
2. Capacitive pen test
We can use the electric pen to detect whether there is electricity, press one end of the fuse with the electric pen and touch it with the other hand; if the fuse is good, the electric pen should be on at this time, this method should be safe and remember.
3. Tensile test
Apply a pulling force of 1.8kg to the two leads of the thermal fuse and keep it for 10 minutes. If it is loose, it means that the thermal fuse under test is broken and does not meet the standard.
