Correct Usage of Heating Tube
When the power is first input, the voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated voltage marked on the various electric heating tubes. If it is applied to a voltage lower than the rated voltage, the heat generated by the stainless steel electric heating tube will also decrease. One thing is that when the heating tube of the power supply is cut off due to some kind of origin, you must pay attention to the stainless steel electric heating tube to cool down before connecting it to the power supply, because each time the power is turned on, the heating tube will be subjected to a secondary electric shock. The grid wire in the tube will be easily burnt if it is impacted by electricity when it is hot. The terminal of the stainless steel electric heating tube should be relatively fastened with two nuts when wiring. Do not use too much force to avoid the loosening of the lead screw and damage the stainless steel electric heating tube.
The terminals of the stainless steel heating tube should be kept clean and dry, otherwise it will reduce the insulation performance and be short-circuited. The sealing device is strictly protected to prevent accidents. Stainless steel electric heating tube has been used many times. If thick tube scale and grease accumulate on the surface, it should be removed regularly. Otherwise, the heat transfer performance of stainless steel electric heating tube will be reduced and the heat load on the surface of the tube will exceed the rated allowable damage. Stainless steel electric heating tubes should be stored in a dry warehouse. If the surface is damp due to long-term storage, use a megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance. If it is less than 1 megohm/500 volts, the stainless steel electric heating tube should be placed in a 200 degree drying oven for drying. The special stainless steel electric heating tube should be carefully read the relevant instructions before installation and use, so as not to damage it.
Precautions for the use of electric heating tubes
1. The components are allowed to work under the following conditions:
A. The working voltage should not be greater than 1.1 times the rated value, and the shell should be effectively grounded.
B. The relative humidity of the air is not more than 95%, and there is no explosive and corrosive gas.
C, insulation resistance ≥ 1MΩ dielectric strength: 2KV/1min.
2. The electric heating tube should be well positioned and fixed, and the effective heating area must be completely immersed in liquid or metal solid, and it is strictly forbidden to burn it. When it is found that there is scale or carbon on the surface of the pipe body, it should be cleaned up and used in time, so as not to affect the heat dissipation and shorten the service life.
