Advantages of Screen-printed Heating Elements On Steel
The surface heating speed of screen-printed heating elements on steel can reach 200~300℃/sec, which is not achieved by electric heating alloy components. This advantage makes it applicable to appliances that require rapid heating, such as electric heaters, electric water heaters, and electric kettles.
Compared with traditional heating methods, screen-printed heating elements on steel has the following seven advantages:

2. When applied to water heating, flow heating, the substrate is not easy to scale.
3. The power density is generally made at 60W/cm2, which is several times that of traditional heating elements.
4. The heating is uniform and stable. In the case of electric control, the temperature fluctuation is small, and the temperature control accuracy is ±2℃.
5. Wide application range, AC/DC universal, and thick film heating elements can be made into different shapes according to different design requirements.
6. Compared with the traditional heating element, the thick film heating element has a small heat capacity, so the heating speed is extremely fast, and there is very little residual heat after power failure.
7. The water and electricity separation is formed through the inorganic oxide insulating layer, which has the characteristics of anti-oxidation, the power attenuation is almost 0, and the service life can reach 15000h.
