There are two options for the fin shape. Winding fins and square fins. To equip with the fin on the tube, the role of fins is to increase the heat dissipation area of the tube, to increase the contact surface with air and can improve the heat exchange efficiency comparing with the tube that without fins. Normally, stainless steel fins are used in practical applications.

What is the Size of Fins for the Tubes?
(1) Winding fins are generally wound up by a steel belt through a winding steel belt machine. The conventional sizes of finned steel belts are: 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm. The bigger winding fins need to be customized.
(2) The general size of the square fins is: 25 * 50mm, and the other sizes need to be customized by mold opening.
