Straight Finned Tubular Heater
Straight finned air tubular heater is designed for as a heating element use in natural and forced convection space heating for load bank. Finned air heaters are suitable for increased heat transfer surface area and where higher wattage is required. Fin material is continuously spiral wound tightly on the surface of the tubular heater to increase the convective surface area and thus improves their heat transferring capacityfor heating air and non-corrosive. and the heat dissipation area is expanded by 2 to 3 times compared with the conventional tubular heating element, that is, the surface power load allowed by the fin wound is about 3-4 times that of the ordinary tubular heater. Featuring rugged construction, these finned heaters can be used in a multitude of industrial environments.
Finned tubular heaters, has the advantages of rapid temperature rise, uniform heat generation, good heat dissipation performance, high thermal efficiency, long service life, small volume of the heating device and low cost under the same power condition.
