Characteristic
A stainless steel base thick film heater from inside to outside, it is mainly composed of stainless steel pipe base material, internal insulating medium layer, resistance heating layer and external insulating medium layer. Water flows through the stainless steel pipe. The thickness of the internal insulating medium layer is about 100 microns. Due to the short heat conduction distance from the resistance heating layer to the stainless steel base, the thermal resistance is very small and the thermal response speed is fast. The application advantage is that the thick film heating tube can be heated 360 degrees as a whole, and the overall heating is relatively uniform, so the heating efficiency will not be reduced due to a large number of bubbles on the surface of the heater. Because the heat can be transmitted in time, the surface temperature of the whole heating pipe is not high and will not cause open fire. Good safety and long service life.
