The reason why the electric heating tube is green. The green material is stainless steel 304, which is a high temperature treatment of the electric heating tube, not a coating on the tube’s surface. The greening treatment makes the magnesium oxide powder crystallize at high temperature in the electric heating tube, which is not easy to cause leakage. At the same time, the greening treatment forms a dense layer of hexagonal crystals on the surface of the tube, enhances heat radiation, slows down the formation of scale, and extends the service life of the electric heating tube.
