Electric Stove Coil Heating Element adopts metal tube as its shell, spiral electric heating alloy wires (nickel chromium or iron chromium alloy) are evenly distributed along the inner center of the tube. the gaps are filled and compacted with magnesium oxide sand with good insulation and heat conductivity. Annealed by 1050 degree high temperature furnace. both ends of the tube mouth are sealed with silica gel or ceramic.

Tubular heaters are available in Copper, SS304, SS 310, SS316, SS321, incoloy sheath.

Do not be alarmed if a new element smokes a little when you first use it. This is a factory-applied green coating, that prevents scratches during shipment, burning away.
