Temperature resistance and corrosion resistance: For low temperature tubes, Bundy, aluminum tubes, and copper tubes are generally used, and high temperature tubes are generally stainless steel tubes and Ingle tubes. The Ingle 800 electric cartridge heaters can be used in poor water quality conditions, and the Ingle 840 electric cartridge heaters can have good oxidation resistance and good corrosion resistance under high temperature working conditions.
The most intuitive way to verify the pros and cons of electric heating tubes
Wipe the surface of the cartridge heaters first, then switch on the AC 220V power supply, dry it in the air, turn off the power after the surface becomes red, and when the cartridge heaters is completely cooled, wipe it with a napkin. There should be no black oxide powder on the white paper (not with Oxygen in the air reacts), indicating that this cartridge heaters is a high-quality electric cartridge heaters .
