Ceramic band heater for pipeline heating is a kind of pipe heater with high temperature and long service life. It is made up of spiral resistance wire passing through a specially designed high-frequency ceramic strip to heat the ceramic core. The middle layer is insulated with heat-insulating asbestos paper. The shell is made of SS304 or imported SAC-1 high-temperature plate. The power density is 0.5-2 times higher than that of ordinary mica heater. The maximum power consumption is 6.5W per square meter. The maximum energy consumption can be reduced by 20%.
