PTC Finned Heater
PTC is an abbreviation for ceramic heating element. It uses a fan to blow air through the element to force convection, which is the main heat exchange method. It is equipped with a temperature limiter inside, when the air outlet is blocked by the fan, it can automatically cut off the power. Some are also equipped with a dump switch, which can automatically cut off the power when it is dumped.
