Instructions:

Put the heating sheet directly into the insulation box. Small heating sheet: put the bottom; long heating sheet: around the circumference (the heating sheet can be folded and bent at will)

Then, cover the warmer box and electrify 3--5 minutes, the inside of the warmer box will be hot. You can directly press on the heating film: fast food lunch, hot food, food that needs insulation, etc. The heating film is anti-pressure and waterproof.
