The aluminum tube is used as a protector, and the silicon rubber heating wire (temperature resistance 200 ℃) or PVC heating wire (temperature resistance 105 ℃) is placed inside the aluminum tube. The electric heating components of various shapes can be divided according to the outer diameter of the aluminum tube. The diameter is 4.5mm and 6.5mm. It has good sealing performance, fast heat transfer and easy processing.
Technical Parameters:
1. Insulation resistance: After 24 hours of overall immersion in water, the insulation resistance ≥100MΩ, and after 30 minutes of energization, the thermal insulation resistance ≥20MΩ;
2. Withstand voltage: AC2000V, the setting current is 10MA. After 2S withstand voltage test, there is no breakdown flashover;
3. Leakage current: The leakage current at 1.15 times rated power should be ≤0.5MA;
4. Power deviation: the stable power under rated voltage is -5%-10% of rated value;
5. Lead strength: After 100N tensile test of the lead part, there should be no displacement or breakage defect.
